Non conformant items

There are a handful of instances on the website where the brand accent red is used atop a brand blue background. We are aware that this does not pass colour contrast criteria, and are actively looking for a solution that remains in line with our branding.

Known limitations for E-Innovate.co.uk:

  1. Third party Google Reviews widget: The site uses a third-party Google Reviews widget which renders via code with external dependencies because This widget is currently accessible, but it may fail compliance in the future if the external code upon which it depends has changed, unbeknownst to us. If you encounter an issue with this widget, please let us know and we will remediate the code we use to render it compliant as soon as possible.
  2. Third party cookie consent script: The site uses a third-party cookie consent and GDPR management tool called UserCentrics. While we regularly monitor changes to this third party code, it is possible that, at times, certain minor elements may not be WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliant due to code changes at a third-party level. We strive to bring these changes back into conformance as quickly as possible using custom JavaScript and CSS.
